Service Agreement

Welcome to Parent Like a Pro. We are so pleased to have you in our community. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your membership to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

By completing your purchase and joining this membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Inclusions

As an active monthly member, you will receive:

✅ Monthly expert-led masterclass (live and recorded)
✅ Live monthly Q&A call with Eugenia
✅ Monthly guided breathwork / nervous system regulation session
✅ Access to the Parent Like a Pro video library
✅ Downloadable parenting tools, frameworks, and resources
✅ Access to a private member community
✅ Ongoing support and learning opportunities

We reserve the right to update, enhance, or refine the membership content as needed to continue delivering high value to members.

2. Membership Fee & Payment Terms

  • Your membership fee is $97 AUD per month, billed automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • There is no lock-in contract. You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of the membership.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time via your member portal or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Access to all member resources will end when your billing cycle concludes.

4. Annual Membership Option

You may choose to upgrade to an Annual Membership ($997 AUD, save $161) at any time. Annual membership is a 12-month commitment paid upfront. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable payment.

5. Community Guidelines

Our private community is a supportive space for learning and sharing. To protect all members, we ask that you:

  • Maintain respect and confidentiality at all times

  • Refrain from sharing screenshots or content from the community outside the group

  • Avoid offering unsolicited personal coaching to other members

Violation of community guidelines may result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.

6. Disclaimer

Parent Like a Pro provides education and coaching based on current best practices in parenting, emotional intelligence, and personal development.
