Parent Like a Pro Hub – Service Agreement

Effective Date: Date of Purchase

Welcome to Parent Like a Pro Hub, a membership program designed and led by Creators Will Create, referred to in this agreement as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By purchasing, accessing, or using the Parent Like a Pro Hub Membership (“the Program” or “Membership”), you (“the Member”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. What’s Included

As an active Member, you will receive:

  • On-demand access to video trainings and short courses

  • Monthly live group coaching sessions and Q&A

  • Guest expert masterclasses

  • Monthly breathwork and integration sessions

  • A private platform (not on Facebook) to connect with other parents

  • Tools, PDFs, and exclusive downloadable resources

  • Recordings of all main sessions (where applicable)

We reserve the right to update, enhance, or adjust content and offerings based on member feedback and program development needs. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

2. Payment Terms

Payment Plan Option:

  • Monthly Membership: AUD $149 per month (billed every 30 days)

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

All payments are processed securely via our checkout system (Kajabi). You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and instant access to resources, no refunds are offered for processed payments.

4. Member Conduct & Community Guidelines

This membership community is intended to be a respectful and inclusive space. By participating, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all member discussions and sessions

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with members and facilitators

  • Not share your login credentials or program materials with others

  • Avoid any disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these community guidelines — without refund.

5. Disclaimer

This membership provides education, parenting tools, and emotional development frameworks. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your own parenting decisions, actions, and outcomes. Individual results will vary depending on participation and context.

6. Intellectual Property

All program content — including recordings, slides, frameworks, videos, and resources — is the intellectual property of Creators Will Create and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Technology Requirements

Members are responsible for maintaining access to:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A modern browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)

  • Zoom (for live calls) and email

Missed live sessions will be recorded and uploaded unless otherwise stated. It is the Member’s responsibility to access and engage with replays.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to revise this agreement as needed to reflect changes in the membership structure, content, or legal requirements. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform message. Continued use of the membership confirms your agreement to updated terms.
