Powerfully Feminine Society Hub – Service Agreement

Effective Date: Date of Purchase

Welcome to the Powerfully Feminine Society Hub, a membership program designed and led by Creators Will Create, referred to in this agreement as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By purchasing, accessing, or using the Powerfully Feminine Society Hub Membership (“the Hub” or “Membership”), you (“the Member”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. What’s Included

As an active Hub Member, you will receive:

  • On-demand access to feminine leadership teachings, practices, and short courses

  • Access to exclusive resources, tools, and integration guides

  • A private platform (not on social media) to connect with other women in the Society

  • Recordings of Hub-only sessions (where applicable)

  • A monthly live community gathering with Eugenia — this may include an open circle, breathwork journey, themed masterclass, or a session with a guest expert

👉 Please note: The Hub does not include access to the Powerfully Feminine signature course, intensives, or premium coaching programs. These are separate offers that may be purchased independently.

✨ The Hub also serves as the ongoing community space for alumni who have completed our courses or group coaching and want to remain connected, supported, and inspired.

We reserve the right to update, enhance, or adjust content and offerings based on member feedback and program development needs. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

2. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

All payments are processed securely via our checkout system. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and instant access to Hub resources, no refunds are offered for processed payments.

4. Member Conduct & Community Guidelines

This membership community is intended to be a respectful and inclusive space. By participating, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all discussions and community interactions

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with members and facilitators

  • Not share your login credentials or Hub materials with others

  • Avoid any disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these community guidelines — without refund.

5. Disclaimer

This Hub provides educational resources, leadership tools, and emotional development practices. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Individual results will vary depending on participation and context.

6. Intellectual Property

All Hub content — including recordings, slides, frameworks, videos, and resources — is the intellectual property of Creators Will Create and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Technology Requirements

Members are responsible for maintaining access to:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A modern browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)

  • Email (for Hub updates)

Monthly gatherings and other live Hub sessions will be hosted online. Missed sessions will be recorded and uploaded unless otherwise stated. It is the Member’s responsibility to access and engage with replays.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to revise this agreement as needed to reflect changes in the membership structure, content, or legal requirements. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform message. Continued use of the Hub confirms your agreement to updated terms.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
