Service Agreement

Welcome to Parent Like a Pro. We are excited to support you over the next 12 months. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your annual membership so we can move forward with clarity and mutual understanding.

By completing your purchase of the 12-Month Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Inclusions

As an active annual member, you will receive:

✅ Full access to the Parent Like a Pro on-demand video library

We reserve the right to enhance or refine membership content as needed to continue delivering high value to our members.

2. Membership Fee & Payment Terms

  • Your membership fee is $997 AUD, billed as a one-time upfront payment.

  • This payment provides access to the membership for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase.

3. Renewal & Cancellation Policy

  • Your membership is valid for 12 months.

  • At the end of the 12-month period, you will have the option to manually renew your membership at the current offer available at that time.

  • The annual payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No partial refunds will be given if you choose not to use your membership for the full 12 months.

  • If you require additional support during your membership, you may qualify for 1:1 coaching with Eugenia (separate from your membership).

4. Community Guidelines

Our private community is designed to be a safe, supportive space for learning and growth. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and confidentiality.

  • Refrain from sharing any content, screenshots, or discussions from the community outside the group.

  • Avoid offering unsolicited coaching or advice to other members unless requested.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

5. Disclaimer

Parent Like a Pro provides education and coaching based on sound parenting practices, emotional intelligence, and personal development.
