I spent years doing everything right: two degrees, a corporate career at EY and SAP, results that looked impeccable from the outside. Inside, I was always on — delivering, performing, unable to switch off.
Nobody taught me to regulate pressure, process emotions or lead without squeezing myself harder. So I trained it: a Master's in Advanced Counselling, trauma-informed practice, breathwork and nervous system work.
